Colored People’s Time Inc was established as a non-profit with the aim to provide equitable resources to the Black working-class people; To the entrepreneurs, professionals, business owners, non-profit organizers, philanthropists, and activists. CPT will serve as a mechanism to collectively address our grassroot issues and interests; then tackle our greater societal needs.
The mission is to unite the Black diaspora to stand in solidarity and demand systemic change. Think what a tightly organized, very deliberate Black-led movement with strong representation could accomplish today. Elect the leaders of this organization to uphold our fundamental Core Values.
Core Values
- Programs that allow Black Americans to determine the destiny of their community.
- Initiatives that provide full employment & financial health for Black Americans.
- Providing decent affordable & sustainable housing fit for all human beings.
- Education that teaches Black Americans their true history and role in present day society.
- Supporting nonprofits that are focused on providing capital, technical assistance and networks of support to Black American entrepreneurs.
- Supplying water, food and shelter to under served communities in times of crisis.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors are democratically elected by our members. Each member is entitled to one vote, regardless of the amount deposited with us. The Board of Directors are not financially compensated for their service. They spend hours volunteering their time to ensure that Colored People’s Time Inc provides the highest level of service.

Colored People’s Trust Foundation is an independent supervisory board. These board members oversee the activity of Colored People’s Time Inc. They ensure the proper deployment of vital resources needed for the worlds Black population.
